The ability for customers to broadcast to your performers is limited and controlled by you. Restrict the ability to broadcast to customers only, or open it wide to all visitors to your site.
Important customer details such as the # of times they have logged in, customer value, time available for private chat and more, are all displayed and available to your performers.
