Optional Service

Business Launch Service
& Revenue Share Policy

This page describes the terms of the optional Miricam Business Launch Service, including what is covered, how the revenue share fee is calculated and collected, and the conditions under which the service begins and ends.

1. What is the Business Launch Service?

The Business Launch Service (BLS) is an optional, contracted add-on available to operators who hold a valid Miricam platform license (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise). It is not a requirement of the Miricam license itself.

When enrolled, the 2MUCH.NET team acts as an active business partner during your launch phase, assisting you with the non-technical aspects of starting and operating your webcam platform. In exchange, 2MUCH.NET receives a 10% share of your platform's gross revenue for the duration of the service agreement.

The Business Launch Service is entirely optional. Operators who prefer to manage their own business without outside support can do so at no additional cost beyond their platform license and monthly service fee.

2. Who can add this service?

The Business Launch Service is available to operators on all three Miricam license tiers:

  • Basic License ($1,200 one-time + $179/month)
  • Pro License ($2,100 one-time + $279/month)
  • Enterprise License ($3,100 one-time + $379/month)

The service may be added at the time of licensing or at any point during an active license period, subject to availability and a signed service agreement.

3. What is included

The specific scope of the Business Launch Service is defined in your individual service agreement, but typically covers the following business areas:

Business Setup & Structure

  • Guidance on legal entity and business structure considerations
  • Compliance checklist for operating an adult platform (age verification, record-keeping, 2257 requirements)
  • Domain, brand, and positioning recommendations

Platform Configuration & Launch Readiness

  • Coordination with the technical team to configure your platform to your brand requirements
  • Assistance completing the pre-launch checklist (payment gateway, performer onboarding flow, pricing setup)
  • Soft-launch review before opening to the public

Performer Recruitment Strategy

  • Advice on recruitment channels and performer incentives
  • Templates and guidance for performer agreements
  • Onboarding best practices drawn from operating experience

Marketing & Traffic

  • Initial marketing strategy session
  • Traffic source recommendations for adult platforms
  • Affiliate program setup guidance

Ongoing Operational Support

  • Regular check-in calls or communications (frequency defined in service agreement)
  • Revenue and performance review
  • Escalation path to 2MUCH.NET technical and business staff

4. Revenue share: how it works

10% of gross platform revenue, billed monthly

What "gross platform revenue" means

Gross platform revenue is the total amount received by your platform from member payments before deducting performer payouts, payment processing fees, chargebacks, or any other costs.

Reporting and payment

  • Revenue figures are reported by the operator monthly, supported by platform dashboard exports.
  • 2MUCH.NET reserves the right to audit reported figures using platform-level data.
  • Payment is due within 15 days of the end of each calendar month.
  • Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

What the revenue share does not cover

The 10% revenue share is separate from and does not replace the monthly service fee (Hosting, Licensing & Technical Support). Both fees apply while the Business Launch Service is active.

Example: An operator on the Pro license generates $20,000 in gross platform revenue in a month. They owe $279 (monthly service fee) + $2,000 (10% revenue share) = $2,279 total to 2MUCH.NET for that month. The one-time license fee of $2,100 was paid at signup and is not recurring.

5. Duration and termination

Minimum term

The Business Launch Service has a minimum initial term of 3 months, as specified in the signed service agreement. This minimum ensures 2MUCH.NET can deliver meaningful business support throughout the launch phase.

Ongoing term

After the initial term, the service continues on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice of termination.

Termination by operator

You may terminate the Business Launch Service at any time after the initial minimum term by providing 30 days written notice to 2MUCH.NET. Termination of the Business Launch Service does not affect your Miricam platform license, which continues under its standard terms.

Termination by 2MUCH.NET

2MUCH.NET may terminate the Business Launch Service with 30 days notice, or immediately in the event of material breach (including non-payment of revenue share or platform misuse).

Effect of termination

Upon termination of the Business Launch Service, the revenue share obligation ceases. The operator's platform license and monthly service fee remain in effect and the platform continues to operate normally.

6. What is not included

The Business Launch Service does not include:

  • Legal advice or representation (consult a qualified attorney)
  • Direct performer recruitment on your behalf
  • Paid advertising spend (ad budgets are the operator's own cost)
  • Custom software development (available separately)
  • Payment processing underwriting or chargeback disputes
  • Guarantees of revenue, traffic, or business outcomes

Results depend heavily on the operator's own effort, brand, market, and execution. 2MUCH.NET provides guidance and support; it does not operate your business on your behalf.

7. How to add the Business Launch Service

To add the Business Launch Service to your existing or new Miricam license, contact us to discuss your goals and confirm availability. We will prepare a short service agreement outlining the specific scope, communication schedule, and any additional details relevant to your situation.

The service begins once the agreement is signed and the first month's revenue share base period is established.
