Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Refunds

Software licenses are non-refundable once installed. Custom development work is billed per agreed milestones. Contact us within 30 days if there is a defect in delivered work.

6. Intellectual Property

2MUCH.NET retains all rights, title, and interest in our Services, software, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely for your intended business purposes.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Services. You grant us a license to host, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Service Availability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 2MUCH.NET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2MUCH.NET and its team from any claims, damages, obligations, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
