2MUCH.NET works with leading age verification providers — Yoti is our primary partner — and we handle the full integration into your existing site, including geo-location rules for the relevant US states and the UK. We also offer our own AI age estimation as a lighter-touch option, which is included free with Miricam.
Three ways to handle age verification.
Different jurisdictions and different sites call for different verification methods. We pick the right one for your situation, integrate it, and look after it.
Yoti Integration
Yoti is a government-accepted digital identity service and is our primary recommendation for sites with stricter compliance needs — including the UK Online Safety Act and US states that require documented verification. We handle the Yoti account setup, the API integration, the verification flow on your site, and the audit logging. You do not need to deal with Yoti directly.
Other Providers
If your jurisdiction, payment processor, or auditor requires a specific age verification provider — AgeChecked, VerifyMy, Incode, Persona, Jumio, or others — we will integrate it. Tell us who you need to use and we will handle the integration work and the configuration.
2MUCH AI Age Estimation
For sites where a lighter-touch verification is acceptable, our own AI age estimation runs in the visitor's browser via webcam, estimates their age, and gates access without uploading any image data. It is included free with Miricam. It is suitable as a first-pass filter or as the verification method itself in regions that do not mandate documented ID checks.
Geo-Location Routing
Whichever provider you use, we set up the geo-detection layer so that visitors from regions that require verification get the correct flow, and visitors from elsewhere are not interrupted. The list of active regions is configurable per site.
Custom Verification Flows
The default Yoti or AI flow is fine for most sites, but if you want the verification screen to match your branding, sit at a specific point in your funnel, or behave differently for returning visitors, we will build that. Custom redirects, cookie logic, and post-verification destinations all included.
Compliance Records
Verification events are logged with timestamp, region, method, and outcome. Exportable as CSV for your records or for audit. With Yoti you also get the underlying Yoti session reference for forensic tracing if a regulator asks for it.
2MUCH AI Age Estimation is included with every Miricam licence.
If you are already running Miricam, our AI age estimation is bundled in at no extra cost — no separate licence, no separate setup fee. It is the same browser-based, privacy-first age check we use elsewhere, and it covers most operators who only need a reasonable-effort age gate rather than full documented ID verification.
If you need Yoti or another verification provider on top of, or instead of, the AI estimation, that is a separate integration project — get in touch and we will quote it.
Where age verification is currently required.
These are the jurisdictions with active age verification requirements for adult content as of this year. Whichever provider you use through us, the geo-routing layer applies the correct rules per region — and you can switch regions on or off in your admin panel.
United States
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. New states are added as legislation passes.
United Kingdom
The UK Online Safety Act requires age verification for adult content. Yoti is the most common compliant choice here and is what we usually recommend for UK traffic.
Anywhere Else
If your site serves additional markets, we can add custom regions or apply verification globally to all visitors. If a country you operate in is not on this list, tell us and we will check the current legal position before recommending an approach.
What you get when you hire us for this.
Most age verification integrations are not complicated, but they are fiddly — provider account setup, API keys, webhooks, geo-rules, audit logging, and the front-end flow all have to line up. We do that work and hand you something that just runs.
What we do
- Pick the right provider. Based on your jurisdictions, audience, and compliance posture — we will tell you whether you need Yoti, the AI estimation, both, or something else.
- Set up the provider account. We register and configure the Yoti (or other) account on your behalf if you do not already have one.
- Integrate it into your site. Front-end flow, back-end webhook, session handling, geo-routing, and logging — all wired up and tested against your actual site.
- Hand over the admin panel. You get a dashboard to see verification activity, toggle regions, and pull compliance reports.
What it costs
- Integration is quoted per project. Pricing depends on the provider, the number of domains, and how custom the flow needs to be. We will give you a flat quote before any work starts.
- Provider fees are separate. Yoti and similar services charge their own per-verification or licence fees directly to you. We do not mark these up.
- AI age estimation is free with Miricam. If that is the verification method you choose and you are a Miricam customer, the only cost is any custom integration work you ask for.
