Why Independent Matters

White-label networks are essentially the same as the affiliate model with a custom domain. The operator share improves slightly but the structural dependency remains. Licensed platforms are the practical middle ground for most independent operators: proven infrastructure, your branding, your business.

The Performer Side

A platform without performers doesn't earn anything regardless of its technical quality. Performer recruitment and retention is the ongoing operational work of running a streaming business, and it doesn't stop at launch.

What performers care about: reliable and prompt payment, a functional platform that doesn't cause technical problems during sessions, fair commission rates, and some basic support when things go wrong. Platforms that get these things right retain performers. Platforms that don't find that performers leave for platforms that do.

What the First Year Looks Like

Launching a platform and generating consistent revenue are separated by a meaningful gap. Building a performer catalogue takes time. Building a viewer base takes longer.
